Ingredients
  

  • Strong brewed coffee: 300 ml
  • Unsweetened oat milk: 200 ml
  • Brown sugar: 1½ tablespoons
  • Ground cinnamon: ½ teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon
  • Coconut cream optional: 30 ml
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat oat milk gently in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Add brown sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
  • Add cinnamon, sea salt, and coconut cream if using.
  • Whisk continuously for 1–2 minutes until smooth.
  • Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
  • Pour brewed coffee evenly into two mugs or glasses.
  • Add cinnamon-spiced milk mixture on top.
  • Stir gently and serve warm, or pour over ice if desired.
