  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

For the Chocolate & Mocha Chips:

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup mocha chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat Oven – Set to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Mix Dry Ingredients – In a bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and espresso powder.
  • Cream Butter & Sugar – Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  • Add Eggs & Vanilla – Mix in eggs and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Combine & Fold – Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture.
  • Stir in Chips – Fold in chocolate and mocha chips until evenly distributed.
  • Scoop & Shape – Drop tablespoon-sized dough balls onto the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake – Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden but still soft in the center.
  • Cool & Devour – Let cookies cool on a wire rack before inhaling.
