A classic, decadent coffee tiramisu made with coffee-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone, and cocoa. Simple, yet impressive enough for any occasion.

- 1 ½ cups brewed coffee preferably strong espresso
- 1 ½ cups mascarpone cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pack ladyfingers
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Brew a strong cup of coffee or espresso and let it cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and thick.
Quickly dip ladyfingers into the cooled coffee and layer them in a 9x9-inch dish.
Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and mascarpone.
Chill the tiramisu in the fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).
Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
