A classic, decadent coffee tiramisu made with coffee-soaked ladyfingers, mascarpone, and cocoa. Simple, yet impressive enough for any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups brewed coffee preferably strong espresso
  • 1 ½ cups mascarpone cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pack ladyfingers
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
 

  • Brew a strong cup of coffee or espresso and let it cool.
  • In a mixing bowl, beat mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and thick.
  • Quickly dip ladyfingers into the cooled coffee and layer them in a 9x9-inch dish.
  • Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  • Repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and mascarpone.
  • Chill the tiramisu in the fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight for best results).
  • Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
