Ingredients
  

  • Instant coffee powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Cane sugar or coconut sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Hot water: 2 tablespoons
  • Unsweetened oat milk cold: 300 ml
  • Ice cubes: 1 cup
  • Vanilla extract optional: ¼ teaspoon

Instructions
 

  • Add instant coffee, sugar, and hot water into a bowl.
  • Whisk vigorously for 3–5 minutes until thick, glossy, and fluffy.
  • Fill two glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour 150 ml oat milk into each glass.
  • Spoon whipped coffee generously over milk.
  • Add vanilla extract on top if desired.
  • Stir before sipping, or don’t—chaos is allowed.
