Ingredients
  

  • Instant coffee powder 2 tbsp
  • Hot water 2 tbsp
  • Coconut or brown sugar 2 tbsp
  • Plant milk almond/oat/soy 1½ cups
  • Ice cubes optional for iced version 1 cup

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 tbsp instant coffee, 2 tbsp sugar, 2 tbsp hot water to a bowl.
  • Whisk vigorously until thick, glossy, and cloud-like.
  • Fill glasses with 1½ cups chilled or warm plant milk.
  • Spoon whipped coffee on top like a confident queen.
