A clean, vegan iced coffee using instant coffee, ice, and plant milk for a no-nonsense café-style refreshment.

Ingredients
  

  • Instant coffee powder: 2 teaspoons
  • Hot water: 100 ml
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups
  • Unsweetened almond milk or oat milk: 300 ml
  • Cane sugar or maple syrup: 1–2 teaspoons optional
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon optional

Instructions
 

  • Add instant coffee powder to a cup.
  • Pour hot water and stir until fully dissolved.
  • Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour brewed coffee evenly over ice.
  • Add plant milk slowly for layered effect.
  • Sweeten lightly if desired.
  • Stir once and serve immediately.
