Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 cups strong hot coffee; richer works better than your standards.
  • Warm coffee gently in a saucepan with 1½ tbsp sugar until dissolved.
  • Pour coffee into two tall mugs, then add 60 ml vegan Irish-style liqueur substitute.
  • Whip ½ cup vegan cream with ½ tsp vanilla until soft peaks form—fluffy like your emotional support pillow.
  • Spoon or float cream over coffee without stirring; admire the creamy top like freshly done eyeliner.
