Ingredients
  

  • Freshly brewed strong coffee ¾ cup
  • Coconut milk unsweetened 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder 1½ tbsp
  • Coconut sugar 1–1½ tbsp
  • Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
  • Ice optional if iced ½ cup

Instructions
 

  • Warm 1 cup coconut milk on low heat.
  • Whisk in 1½ tbsp cocoa + 1 tbsp coconut sugar until glossy.
  • Add ¼ tsp vanilla essence for sweetness and aroma.
  • Pour ¾ cup coffee into mugs or glasses.
  • Froth coconut cocoa mix and layer smoothly on top.
