  • 1 frozen medium banana
  • 2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 2 scoops vegan vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Pour 1 cup chilled coffee and 1 cup coconut milk into blender.
  • Add 1 frozen banana for creamy texture.
  • Scoop in 2 scoops vegan protein powder.
  • Add 2 tablespoons shredded coconut.
  • Toss in 2 scoops vegan vanilla ice cream.
