Ingredients
  

  • Instant coffee powder: 2 teaspoons
  • Hot water: 100 ml
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups
  • Coconut cream thick, canned: 120 ml
  • Coconut milk light: 180 ml
  • Maple syrup or coconut sugar syrup: 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon
  • Sea salt: a tiny pinch optional, confidence move

Instructions
 

  • Add instant coffee powder to a cup.
  • Pour hot water and stir until completely dissolved.
  • In a bowl, whisk coconut cream until smooth and glossy.
  • Add coconut milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt to the cream.
  • Mix gently until fully combined.
  • Fill serving glasses with ice cubes.
  • Pour brewed coffee over ice evenly.
  • Top with the coconut cream mixture.
  • Stir lightly and serve immediately.
