Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups brewed coffee
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • Pinch cinnamon optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew 2 cups coffee and keep warm.
  • Heat 2 cups coconut milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Whisk in 2 tbsp coconut cream until smooth.
  • Add 1 tbsp maple syrup and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
  • Pour coffee evenly into mugs.
  • Add coconut cream mixture into mugs and stir gently.
  • Sprinkle optional cinnamon before serving.
