Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp coconut cream
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes optional
  • Vegan whipped topping optional, 1/3 cup

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 cups ice cubes into a blender.
  • Pour in 2 cups coconut milk.
  • Add 2 tbsp coconut cream, 2 tbsp maple syrup, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour evenly into glasses.
  • Add vegan whipped topping if desired.
  • Sprinkle toasted coconut flakes before serving.
