Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chilled brewed coffee
  • 2 cups vanilla or coconut ice cream
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 tbsp sugar optional
  • Ice cubes optional
  • Whipped cream optional topping

Instructions
 

  • Add chilled coffee, ice cream, and coconut milk into a blender.
  • Add shredded coconut and sugar.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add ice cubes if a thicker texture is desired.
  • Blend again briefly.
  • Pour into glasses evenly.
  • Top with whipped cream if preferred.
  • Sprinkle extra coconut on top.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy cold.
