Instructions
Add chilled coffee, ice cream, and coconut milk into a blender.
Add shredded coconut and sugar.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add ice cubes if a thicker texture is desired.
Blend again briefly.
Pour into glasses evenly.
Top with whipped cream if preferred.
Sprinkle extra coconut on top.
Serve immediately and enjoy cold.
