Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup decaf brewed coffee
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut optional
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew decaf coffee using your preferred method.
  • Heat coconut milk in a saucepan until warm.
  • Pour coffee into a mug.
  • Add honey and vanilla extract.
  • Pour warm coconut milk into the mug.
  • Stir well until combined.
  • Sprinkle shredded coconut on top if desired.
  • Serve immediately while warm.
