Ingredients
  

  • Strong brewed coffee chilled: 300 ml
  • Coconut milk full-fat preferred: 200 ml
  • Vegan caramel syrup: 2 tablespoons
  • Brown sugar or coconut sugar: 1 teaspoon optional
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Add coconut milk to a saucepan over low heat.
  • Stir in caramel syrup, sugar, vanilla extract, and sea salt.
  • Whisk gently for 2–3 minutes until smooth and lightly warm.
  • Remove from heat and allow mixture to cool.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes evenly.
  • Pour chilled coffee equally into each glass.
  • Slowly add coconut caramel milk on top.
  • Stir lightly before sipping for balanced flavor.
