Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chilled brewed coffee
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes optional

Instructions
 

  • Brew coffee earlier and chill 1 cup brewed coffee.
  • Add 1 frozen banana into a blender.
  • Pour in 1 cup chilled coffee, 1 cup coconut milk, and 1/2 cup almond milk.
  • Add 1 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
  • Add optional ice cubes for thicker texture.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour evenly into glasses and serve.
