- 1 cup chilled brewed coffee
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup ice cubes optional
Brew coffee earlier and chill 1 cup brewed coffee.
Add 1 frozen banana into a blender.
Pour in 1 cup chilled coffee, 1 cup coconut milk, and 1/2 cup almond milk.
Add 1 tbsp maple syrup and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
Add optional ice cubes for thicker texture.
Blend until smooth and creamy.
