  • ½ cup full-fat coconut cream chilled, thick part only
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking tray like a domestic goddess.
  • Whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt in one bowl. Look productive.
  • In another bowl, cream vegan butter with brown and white sugar until it looks fluffy and you want to taste-test.
  • Add coffee, vanilla, and plant milk. Stir like it’s your job.
