Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup dried figs or apricots chopped
  • ½ cup Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 tbsp espresso powder
  • ¼ cup almonds or walnuts
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed meal
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup optional
  • ¼ tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Toss oats, dried fruit, dates, espresso, and nuts into a food processor. Blend until everything’s clumped like your mascara after crying.
  • Add vanilla, flax, salt, and maple syrup. Pulse again until it’s thick and sticky like morning traffic.
  • Roll into 1-inch balls with clean hands and strong willpower.
  • Chill in the fridge for 10–15 minutes or until firm.
