Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a bowl, mash the bananas, then combine them with cooled coffee, maple syrup, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  • In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt together.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
