Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a bowl, mash the bananas, then combine them with cooled coffee, maple syrup, melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt together.
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 55 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Let it cool for 10 minutes in the pan before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
