Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup brewed coffee chilled
  • 1 cup almond milk unsweetened
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Brew 1 cup coffee and chill completely.
  • Pour 1 cup almond milk into blender.
  • Add ½ cup rolled oats.
  • Drop in 1 ripe banana.
  • Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
