- Brewed coffee chilled – 1 cup
- Unsweetened almond milk – 1 cup
- Banana ripe, medium – 1
- Ground cinnamon – ½ tsp
- Maple syrup – 1 tbsp optional

- Ice cubes – 4–6
Add ½ cup rolled oats to blender.
