- 1 cup walnut halves
- 2 tbsp ground coffee
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp ground cumin
- 1 pinch chili powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch sea salt
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, toss the walnuts with olive oil, honey, and spices.
Add ground coffee and mix well, ensuring each walnut is coated.
Spread the walnuts evenly on the baking sheet.
Roast in the oven for 20 minutes, stirring halfway.
Remove and let cool before serving or storing.
