- 1 cup medium roast coffee beans
- 2 bags tea (black tea or mango-flavored tea)
- 4 cups cold water
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1-2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey (optional)
Grind coffee beans to a medium-fine consistency.
Fill the bottom chamber of the moka pot with cold water and add in the ground coffee. Place the top chamber on the moka pot and turn on the heat to medium.
Steep the tea bags in cold water in a pitcher or large container for 5 minutes. Remove the tea bags and add diced mango and sweetener, if using.
Once the coffee has finished brewing in the moka pot, pour it into the pitcher with the tea and mango mixture. Stir well and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a clean pitcher or container.
Serve the cold brew tea over ice and garnish with fresh mango slices or mint leaves, if desired.

Additional notes/tips: For a stronger coffee flavor, use a dark roast coffee or increase the amount of coffee beans used. To enhance the sweetness of the mango, add in a bit more sweetener or use riper mangoes. You can also experiment with different types of tea, such as green tea or herbal tea, to create unique flavor combinations.
