- 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup brewed espresso strong
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ¼ cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Heat butter, condensed milk, brown sugar, and espresso in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until sugar dissolves.
Bring to a simmer and cook until it reaches 235°F (soft-ball stage). Use a candy thermometer for accuracy.
Remove from heat and stir in caramel sauce, vanilla, and salt. Mix until smooth.
Add white chocolate chips and stir until melted and glossy.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Slice into squares and enjoy.
