A rich, chewy coffee-infused caramel fudge that melts in your mouth and disappears from the fridge faster than your self-restraint.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup brewed espresso strong
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ¼ cup caramel sauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Line an 8x8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  • Heat butter, condensed milk, brown sugar, and espresso in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir constantly until sugar dissolves.
  • Bring to a simmer and cook until it reaches 235°F (soft-ball stage). Use a candy thermometer for accuracy.
  • Remove from heat and stir in caramel sauce, vanilla, and salt. Mix until smooth.
  • Add white chocolate chips and stir until melted and glossy.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Slice into squares and enjoy.
