Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup coffee grounds
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup water if needed

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor, blend oats and coffee grounds until coarse.
  • Add almond butter, maple syrup, vanilla, chia seeds, cocoa powder, and salt.
  • Blend until a thick dough forms.
  • Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Press mixture into an 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper.
  • Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  • Slice into 10 bars and enjoy.
