- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 cup ice water
For the Filling:
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup brewed coffee strong
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch tart pan.
In a food processor, combine flour, sugar, and butter. Pulse until it resembles coarse crumbs.
Add egg yolk and ice water. Pulse until dough forms.
Press dough into tart pan and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool.
