- 2 cups raw almonds
- ¼ cup brewed coffee
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a saucepan, mix coffee, syrup, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla. Stir over medium heat until slightly thickened.
Toss almonds in the mixture until fully coated.
Spread almonds onto the baking sheet in small clusters.
Bake for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Cool completely to let the coating harden.
Break apart and enjoy the crunch.
