- 1/4 cup brewed coffee cooled
- 1/2 cup protein powder vanilla or unflavored
- 1/4 cup almond butter
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line or grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
Blend oats and dates in a food processor until finely chopped and combined.
