- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 1 tbsp instant espresso powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small saucepan, warm maple syrup, espresso powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
Stir until smooth.
Toss cashews in the mixture until evenly coated.
