Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup raw almonds
  • ½ cup shredded coconut
  • 2 tbsp brewed coffee
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Toast almonds and shredded coconut on a lined baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  • In a saucepan, heat coffee, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
  • Pour the coffee glaze over the toasted almonds and coconut, mixing well.
  • Scoop mixture into small bites and place on parchment paper.
  • Let them set before devouring—if you have the patience.
