- 1 cup raw almonds
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp brewed coffee
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp cinnamon
- 1 pinch sea salt
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
Toast almonds and shredded coconut on a lined baking sheet for 5 minutes.
In a saucepan, heat coffee, honey, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt until combined.
