Coffee-Infused Chia Nut Bars

Crunchy, coffee-infused energy bars packed with chia seeds, nuts, and natural sweetness.

- 1 cup almonds
- ½ cup walnuts
- ¼ cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ¼ cup brewed espresso strong
- 10 Medjool dates pitted
- 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp sea salt
Pulse almonds, walnuts, and chia seeds in a food processor until coarsely ground.
Add cocoa, espresso, dates, honey, cinnamon, and salt. Blend until the mixture sticks together.
Press the mixture firmly into a lined baking dish.
Chill for at least 30 minutes, then slice into bars.
Store in the fridge for up to a week.
