  • 1 cup Sweet rice flour
  • 1 cup Mochiko flour
  • 1 cup Baking powder
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Condensed milk
  • 1 cup Coffee
  • 1 cup Vanilla extract

Instructions Without Moka Pot in Steps:

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the sweet rice flour, mochiko flour, baking powder, and granulated sugar.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, coffee, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  • Gradually add the wet mixture into the dry mixture, stirring until a smooth batter forms.
  • Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and bake for 45 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
  • Let the mochi cool before slicing it into bite-sized pieces.

Instructions With Moka Pot in Steps:

  • Brew 1/2 cup of coffee in a moka pot according to the manufacturer's instructions.
