Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruit e.g., berries, bananas, kiwi
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup brewed coffee cooled
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon optional
