For the filling:

- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp brewed espresso cooled
- 1 tbsp coffee liqueur optional
- ¼ cup coffee-soaked ladyfingers crumbled
Prepare the crust:
Combine flour, butter, powdered sugar, egg yolk, and salt in a food processor.
Pulse until dough forms.
Roll out and press into tart pan.
Chill for 30 minutes.
Prepare the filling:
Whisk mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
Add cooled espresso and coffee liqueur (if using).
Fold in crumbled ladyfingers.
