A smooth vegan cold brew coffee drink combining slow-steeped coffee strength with creamy almond milk balance.

Ingredients
  

  • Coarsely ground coffee: ½ cup
  • Cold filtered water: 750 ml
  • Unsweetened almond milk: 300 ml
  • Maple syrup: 2 teaspoons
  • Ice cubes: 1½ cups

Instructions
 

  • Add coarsely ground coffee and 750 ml cold water into a jar.
  • Stir gently, cover, and refrigerate for 12 hours undisturbed.
  • Strain brewed coffee using a fine mesh or filter.
  • Fill two glasses evenly with ice cubes.
  • Pour 180 ml cold brew into each glass.
  • Add 150 ml almond milk total, sweeten lightly, and stir calmly.
