I find myself sipping on this chilled gem when I want to feel like a Portland coffee guru, even if I’m just in my pajamas. Whether it's a sunny day at the park or a lazy Sunday morning, this brew's got my back. Trust me, this recipe is my secret weapon for instant refreshment and a touch of elegance.

Ingredients
  

  • Cold Brew Base:
  • 1/2 cup cold brew coffee
  • 1/4 cup water to dilute
  • Iced Coffee Mix:
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 2 teaspoons sugar or your preferred sweetener, if you're feeling fancy
  • 1/4 cup milk any type you prefer—whole, almond, soy, or just a splash of oat

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Cold Brew: Steep coarsely ground coffee in cold water for 12 hours. Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Your cold brew is ready.
  • Mix the Iced Coffee: In a glass, combine the cold brew coffee with water to dilute, if needed. Add ice cubes and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves completely.
  • Add Milk: Pour in your milk of choice. Give it a final stir or blend for a frothy touch.
  • Serve: Enjoy immediately. Or, if you’re like me and want to savor it later, pop it in the fridge for a bit.
