- Cold Brew Base:
- 1/2 cup cold brew coffee
- 1/4 cup water to dilute
- Iced Coffee Mix:
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
- 2 teaspoons sugar or your preferred sweetener, if you're feeling fancy
- 1/4 cup milk any type you prefer—whole, almond, soy, or just a splash of oat
Prepare the Cold Brew: Steep coarsely ground coffee in cold water for 12 hours. Strain through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth. Your cold brew is ready.
Mix the Iced Coffee: In a glass, combine the cold brew coffee with water to dilute, if needed. Add ice cubes and sugar. Stir until sugar dissolves completely.
Add Milk: Pour in your milk of choice. Give it a final stir or blend for a frothy touch.
Serve: Enjoy immediately. Or, if you’re like me and want to savor it later, pop it in the fridge for a bit.
