Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup cold brew coffee
  • ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 2 tbsp melted butter or oil if you're lazy
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: egg, cold brew coffee, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
  • Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don’t overmix—lumps are your friend.
  • Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat, then pour your batter onto it. Flip when bubbles form.
  • Cook until both sides are golden brown and serve hot with your favorite syrup or toppings.
