Instructions
In a bowl, whisk together the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: egg, cold brew coffee, milk, melted butter, and vanilla.
Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Don’t overmix—lumps are your friend.
Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat, then pour your batter onto it. Flip when bubbles form.
Cook until both sides are golden brown and serve hot with your favorite syrup or toppings.
