A smooth vegan cold brew coffee prepared using a French press with coarse grounds and cold water for mellow flavor.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 tablespoons coarse ground coffee
  • 2 cups cold water 480 ml
  • Ice cubes optional
  • Plant-based milk optional

Instructions
 

  • Add 6 tablespoons coarse ground coffee to the French press.
  • Pour 2 cups cold water (480 ml) over coffee grounds evenly.
  • Stir gently to combine.
  • Place lid on French press without pressing plunger down.
  • Refrigerate and steep for 12 hours.
  • Press plunger down slowly after steeping.
  • Pour cold brew coffee into glasses over ice if desired.
  • Add plant-based milk optionally before serving.
