Ingredients
  

For Cold Brew Coffee:

  • 2 cups cold water
  • 1/2 cup coarsely ground coffee beans
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp milk optional

For Salted Caramel Cookies:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter softened
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup caramel bits or caramel sauce
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Combine coarsely ground coffee and cold water. Let it steep in the fridge for 12–24 hours.
  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  • Cream butter, sugar, and egg in a separate bowl.
  • Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
  • Stir in caramel bits and sea salt.
  • Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes.
  • Once cookies are done, cool on a wire rack.
  • Serve cold brew with ice cubes and optional milk.
  • Enjoy your coffee and cookie combo.
