Ingredients
Freshly brewed espresso: 120 ml
Vegan vanilla ice cream or frozen cream: 300 ml
Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon
Cocoa powder or shaved dark chocolate
optional: 1 teaspoon
Instructions
Brew espresso strong and aromatic, keeping it hot.
Scoop 150 ml vegan vanilla ice cream into each serving cup.
Add a few drops of vanilla extract over the frozen cream.
Pour 60 ml hot espresso directly over each scoop.
Garnish with cocoa powder or dark chocolate shavings if desired.
Serve immediately while contrast feels dramatic and intentional.
