Ingredients
  

  • Espresso or strong coffee 2 shots 60 ml
  • Vegan milk oat/almond/soy 1½ cups
  • Cocoa powder 1 tbsp
  • Vegan dark chocolate melted 10–15 g
  • Maple or brown sugar syrup 1–1.5 tbsp
  • Ice cubes 8–10 pieces
  • Dash vanilla ¼ tsp optional

Instructions
 

  • Fill glasses with 8–10 ice cubes, like your pre-coffee chill.
  • Mix 1 tbsp cocoa with 10–15 g melted chocolate until glossy.
  • Add 2 shots espresso and 1–1.5 tbsp syrup, stir into mocha magic.
  • Pour 1½ cups vegan milk over ice and swirl gently.
  • Froth extra milk for topping if you want café vibes.
  • Add vanilla, stir slow, sip like luxury.
