- 2 cups strawberry ice cream
- 2 cups vanilla ice cream
- 2 cups blueberry ice cream
- 1 box of rainbow cake mix plus ingredients to bake
- 1 cup whipped cream
- ½ cup chocolate syrup
- Rainbow sprinkles because, obviously
Bake the Cake: Prepare the rainbow cake mix according to package instructions. Let it cool.
Layer Ice Cream: Spread a layer of strawberry ice cream over the cooled cake, freeze for 30 minutes.
Add Vanilla Ice Cream: Spread a layer of vanilla ice cream, freeze for another 30 minutes.
Top with Blueberry Ice Cream: Spread a layer of blueberry ice cream, freeze for 30 minutes.
Whipped Cream: Spread whipped cream on top, sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
Freeze: Freeze for 2 hours or until fully set
