Ingredients
  

  • Strong brewed coffee: 300 ml
  • Unsweetened oat milk: 200 ml
  • Vegan cookie butter spread: 2 tablespoons
  • Brown sugar: 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract: ¼ teaspoon
  • Ground cinnamon: ¼ teaspoon
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat oat milk gently in a saucepan over low heat.
  • Add cookie butter spread and whisk until fully melted.
  • Add brown sugar, cinnamon, and sea salt.
  • Stir continuously for 1–2 minutes until smooth and fragrant.
  • Remove from heat and mix in vanilla extract.
  • Pour brewed coffee evenly into two mugs or glasses.
  • Add the cookie butter milk mixture on top.
  • Stir gently and serve warm, or pour over ice if desired.
