Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 4 vegan chocolate sandwich cookies
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Vegan whipped topping optional, 1/3 cup
  • 1 crushed cookie for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 cups ice cubes to a blender.
  • Pour in 2 cups oat milk.
  • Add 4 vegan chocolate sandwich cookies, 2 tbsp maple syrup, and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour evenly into glasses.
  • Add vegan whipped topping if desired.
  • Sprinkle crushed cookie on top.
