Cookies and Cream Ice Cream Cake

This no-bake cake is made with layers of ice cream, crumbled cookies, and whipped cream. It’s pure indulgence.

- 24 Oreo cookies crushed
- 1 quart vanilla ice cream softened
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup optional
Crush Oreos and press them into the bottom of the springform pan.
Spread softened vanilla ice cream over the Oreo layer.
Add whipped cream on top, smoothing it out evenly.
Drizzle with chocolate syrup if you’re feeling extra.
Freeze for 4 hours, or until it’s solid enough to slice.
Cut, serve, and pretend you didn’t eat half of it by yourself.
