Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups almond milk unsweetened or sweetened
  • 2 cups vegan vanilla ice cream
  • 6 Oreo-style vegan cookies
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional
  • Vegan whipped cream optional garnish

Instructions
 

  • Add 1 ½ cups almond milk to blender.
  • Scoop 2 cups vegan vanilla ice cream in.
  • Drop 6 Oreo-style cookies into mix.
  • Add 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
  • Blend until thick and creamy.
  • Taste, then sweeten with 1 tablespoon maple syrup if needed.
  • Pour into chilled glasses.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and crushed cookies.
  • Stick in a straw.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
