- 2 cups vegan vanilla ice cream
- 1 ½ cups almond milk or oat milk
- 8 Oreo cookies vegan-friendly variety
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional, for sweetness
- Extra crushed Oreos for garnish
Scoop 2 cups vegan vanilla ice cream into blender.
Add 1 ½ cups almond milk.
Toss in 8 Oreo cookies.
Blend until thick and smooth.
