Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vegan vanilla ice cream
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk or oat milk
  • 8 Oreo cookies vegan-friendly variety
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • Extra crushed Oreos for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Scoop 2 cups vegan vanilla ice cream into blender.
  • Add 1 ½ cups almond milk.
  • Toss in 8 Oreo cookies.
  • Blend until thick and smooth.
  • Taste and add maple syrup if sweeter is desired.
  • Pour into glasses.
  • Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top.
  • Serve cold and sip happily.
