Add 2 cups vegan vanilla ice cream.
Toss in 6 Oreo-style cookies.
Drop in 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
Blend until smooth and thick.
Taste, adjust sweetness with maple syrup if desired.
Pour mixture into glasses.
Top with vegan whipped cream.
Sprinkle crushed cookie crumbs over cream.
Serve immediately with a straw.
