Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups vegan vanilla ice cream
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk or oat milk
  • 2 scoops vegan cookies and cream protein powder
  • 6 Oreo-style vegan cookies
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup optional, for sweetness
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 cups vegan vanilla ice cream to blender.
  • Pour in 1 ½ cups almond milk.
  • Add 2 scoops protein powder.
  • Drop in 6 cookies.
  • Add 2 tablespoons maple syrup if extra sweet desired.
  • Blend until smooth and thick.
  • Pour into serving glasses.
  • Top with crushed cookies or drizzle of syrup.
  • Serve immediately.
