- 2 cups vegan vanilla ice cream
- 1 ½ cups almond milk or oat milk
- 2 scoops vegan cookies and cream protein powder
- 6 Oreo-style vegan cookies
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup optional, for sweetness
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add 2 cups vegan vanilla ice cream to blender.
Pour in 1 ½ cups almond milk.
Add 2 scoops protein powder.
Drop in 6 cookies.
Add 2 tablespoons maple syrup if extra sweet desired.
