- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup ground coffee
Instructions (without Moka Pot):
In a small saucepan, combine water, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract. Bring to a boil over medium heat and stir until sugar is dissolved.
Add the ground coffee to a separate container or French press.
Pour the hot mixture over the coffee grounds and let it steep for 3-4 minutes.
Strain the coffee mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a separate container.
Froth milk using a whisk or electric frother.
Pour the coffee mixture into two cups and top with frothed milk.
Garnish with whipped cream and cinnamon syrup, if desired.
Instructions (with Moka Pot):
Fill the bottom chamber of the Moka pot with water up to the fill line.
Add the ground coffee to the coffee basket, filling it up to the top.
Screw on the top chamber of the Moka pot and place it over medium heat.
As the water heats up, it will brew and fill the top chamber with coffee.
